Nigerian group called for the International Criminal Court (ICC) to investigate Zulu King Goodwill Zwelithini for his "hate speech" blamed for a wave of injurious treatment against immigrants.
Soldiers have been deployed to try to subdue anti-immigrant disquiet that has killed at least ten foreigners, after being judge by China, Nigeria and Zimbabwe for failing to protect their citizens against armed mobs.
