The massive earthquake that Napel,that took the lives of more than 1500 people.report still reaching that over 403 people still missing.on Thursday the Napel government said that the 403 people are believed to be missing 12 days after the magnitude 7.8 earthquake rocked the nation.Add to it that this is the first time the National emergency operation center (NEOC)has released an estimate of how many people are missing.
