A newborn baby was found beaten to dead outside of a Chicago apartment.

The new born baby that was found dead was first seen by a man, but he actually mistook it for a naked doll,
The quickly ruched the baby, whose umbilical chord was still attached inside the appartment complex, then before he called 911
The baby girl whose bludgeoned body was found outside of a Chicago apartment building late on Wednesday was actually beaten to death, police reported.The Cook County Medical Examiner’s office said on Thursday that the baby died of multiple blunt force injuries and that the caseis considered a homicide.

Police say the baby died from blunt force trauma and ruled her death a homicide,.
Detectives reviewed surveillance video from the apartment building, but the cameras were not in the proper position to record the person who committed the crime or responsible for the act,
Police were checking to see if a camera near by was able to catch, or record any pertinent activity
The police said investigation is going on now to found out the identity and parent of the baby.
