65 dead in chinese ship capsized,370 people still missing

China ship that capsized on China's Yangtze River killing at most 65 people and about 370 people still missing not found. Rescuers cut three holes into the overturned hull of a river cruise ship in unsuccessful attempts to find more survivors on Thursday as the death toll in the Yangtze River disaster reached 65. More than 370 people remain missing and are feared dead. However, rescuers are not giving up their search of the ship, which was carrying many elderly Chinese tourists, despite the fading hopes of relatives. The ship sank in a very short time frame, so there could still be air trapped in the hull. Some of the diseased families about 50 family members, frustrated by the paucity of information coming from authorities, hired a bus to make the eight-hourjourney from Nanjing to Jianli county in Hubei, where the ship sank. more than 200 divers were working underwater in three shifts to search the ship's cabins one by one.
